End-to-End Construction Delivery

From an Idea to a Completed Building.

You have the land and the vision. Now you need a structured approach to planning, coordinating, and delivering the project. ORWOK Construction offers construction project delivery services for clients who want professional coordination from initial planning through construction and handover. Depending on the agreed contract, we can undertake the main contracting role or coordinate separately appointed contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

Our delivery commitment

We believe clients should understand the scope of work, how costs are managed, how progress is measured, and how project changes are handled.

Every engagement should begin with a written agreement defining:

  • Deliverables
  • Responsibilities
  • Reporting
  • Fees and payment terms
  • Procedures for variations

Construction delivery questions

Can't find your question? Ask it directly — there is no obligation.

Ask on WhatsApp
Are you the contractor?

It depends on the engagement. We can coordinate separately appointed contractors, consultants and suppliers, or — under a complete construction contract — undertake the main contracting role. The written proposal states clearly who is responsible for procurement, labour, site safety, workmanship, insurance, statutory approvals and defects.

Is design included?

Not automatically. Architectural design, structural engineering and quantity surveying are specialist services. We review available drawings and coordinate with appointed professionals where they are needed.

How will I know how the money is being spent?

Expenditure is tracked against the approved budget, approved changes and variations are documented, and you receive regular reports on expenditure, progress and risks.

Can you take over a project that has already started?

Yes. We begin by reviewing what has been built, the available drawings, costs to date and the remaining scope, then agree a plan for completion.

What happens if the scope changes?

Every engagement begins with a written agreement that includes procedures for variations. Changes are documented with their cost and time implications before they are carried out.
