Why we started
Every year, capable engineering graduates struggle to get their first role — not because they lack ability, but because nobody showed them how employers read a CV, what happens in a panel interview or how to plan the first years of a career.
Experienced engineers face a different version of the same problem: moving into leadership, changing sector or working abroad all require skills and information that are rarely taught.
We built this platform to make practical, honest career support accessible — online, at clear prices, and payable with M-Pesa.
