Who we are

ORWOK Construction provides construction supervision, project delivery and related services in Kenya. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at charlesorwa21@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, contact details, country of residence, project location and description, and your preferences for how and when we contact you. We do not ask for, and you should not send through the form, financial account details or identity documents.

Our web server automatically records standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to protect the form from abuse. IP addresses used for rate limiting are stored only in hashed form and discarded after one hour.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation
• To prepare a proposal if you request one
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you

We use your information only for these purposes. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your separate consent.

Legal basis

We process your information with your consent, given when you submit the form, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract — consistent with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

Sharing

We share your information only with service providers who help us run this website and email (for example, our web host), and only as needed to provide those services. We will not share it with contractors, suppliers or other third parties without your permission.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, project records are kept for as long as needed for the project and any legal or professional obligations.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details on our contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated first.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, enquiries are stored in a location that is not publicly accessible, and access is limited to people who need it to respond to you.
