Construction costs depend on project specifications, location, materials, market prices and site conditions. Any estimate is only as reliable as the information behind it, and prices can change between estimate and purchase. We will not quote you a fixed cost or promise a percentage saving before your project has been properly assessed.
What we do provide is method: checked quantities, stated assumptions and regular tracking. That is what keeps budgets realistic and gives you time to respond when things change. If you want to understand the drivers first, read what really drives construction costs in Kenya.
