The work

Bounded sessions, clear templates

CV & LinkedIn reviews, mock interviews, mentorship or senior panel interviews — you choose what you deliver.
Qoched matches customers to you, schedules sessions and handles payment. You never deal with money or marketing.
You work from our rubrics and report templates and submit reports to Qoched, never directly to the customer.
Confidentiality: no sharing of employer-confidential information, and no working with Qoched customers outside Qoched.

How Experts are paid

Experts are paid a fixed fee per completed session or review. Rates are agreed in writing during onboarding.
