Create a free account, choose a service and package, and pay with M-Pesa. Your dashboard then shows exactly what to do next — start an assessment, upload a CV or book a session.

We accept M-Pesa. At checkout, enter your Safaricom number and you will receive a prompt on your phone. Enter your M-Pesa PIN to complete the payment. Your order updates automatically once Safaricom confirms the transaction.

Confirmation from M-Pesa usually arrives within a minute. Keep the payment page open — it checks the status automatically. If it still shows pending after 10 minutes, contact support with your M-Pesa confirmation message and order number. Please do not pay twice.

Make sure your phone is on, has network coverage and the number is registered for M-Pesa. Close any open SIM toolkit menus and try again from the checkout page. You can safely retry once the previous request has failed or expired.

Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings and are the full amount you pay for the service. Standard M-Pesa transaction charges from Safaricom may apply to your account.

Most CV and LinkedIn reviews are delivered to your dashboard within 3–4 working days of submitting your documents.

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel from your dashboard up to 24 hours before the session. Within 24 hours, please contact support.

You complete an online assessment of about 45–60 minutes covering technical foundations, problem-solving, professional practice and job-search readiness. A reviewer then prepares a written report with your strengths, gaps and a 90-day plan.

Mentors are practising or experienced engineers and engineering leaders. Each mentor profile shows their discipline and experience. We only publish profiles of mentors who have agreed to be listed.

Yes. Your documents and reports are private to you and the team members working on your order. They are never published or shared with employers without your permission. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We give detailed comments and suggested wording for key sections. You stay in control of the final document, which keeps it authentic to you.

No. It is a development tool. The aim is to give you an honest picture of your strengths and the areas worth working on next.

The assessment runs on Testmoz, a secure online testing platform. You start it from your dashboard after payment and identify yourself with the reference code shown there.

No. We are an independent career guidance service, not a recruitment or immigration agency. We help you understand pathways, prepare documents and verify requirements with official bodies.

Graduate trainee and attachment interviews, technical interviews for design, site, maintenance and software roles, competency-based panel interviews and senior leadership conversations.

Sessions are not recorded by default. You are welcome to take notes, and you receive a written summary of the feedback afterwards.
