Each session is tailored to the role you are applying for — a graduate trainee panel, a site engineer interview, a design role technical round or a senior leadership conversation.
How a session works
- Before the session you share the job advert or role description in your booking notes.
- The interview (about 40 minutes) mixes technical, behavioural and scenario questions at the level of the role.
- Feedback (about 20 minutes) covers what worked, what to strengthen and how to restructure your strongest examples.
Sessions take place online at a time you choose from the mentor's available slots.

Will the session be recorded?
Sessions are not recorded by default. You are welcome to take notes, and you receive a written summary of the feedback afterwards.
